Dr. Elle Biegel is a South Florida native whose early years were rooted in ballet and the performing arts which are disciplines that ignited her passion for movement, performance, and precision. In high school a car accident shifted Dr. Elle’s trajectory and fueled a deeper purpose: to help others recover, rebuild, and return to what they love. Now based in New York City, Dr. Elle delivers high-level care across sports, rehabilitation, personal injury, pediatric, and perinatal care combining clinical versatility with an undeniable edge.

As one half of the powerhouse team behind The Metal Chiro Project, Dr. Elle co-leads a touring wellness brand that’s redefining backstage healthcare. Dr. Kris Biegel is a Long Island native and former U.S. Marine whose commitment to movement, recovery, and performance was forged in service and refined through science. After earning his degree in Kinesiology from Penn State and working as a personal trainer, Dr. Kris went on to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Keiser University in Florida, followed by a clinical internship at Scott Air Force Base in St. Louis. Now based in New York City, he brings effective, hands-on care to a wide range of patients—from athletes to accident victims.

Dr. Kris takes a strategic, full-body approach to care, blending chiropractic adjustments, myofascial therapy, cupping, taping, and performance-based rehab. He treats a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, and auto accident-related trauma, with a focus on restoring function, preventing injury, and building long-term resilience.
